It took way longer than I expected, and even after waiting, my balance still wasn’t showing correctly. it feels hit or miss

Tried on a few things at winners and the fitting rooms were clean and easy to use. The staff were nice too, gave me a number right away and there was no weird attitude or anything. I’d say 4 stars mostly because there was a bit of a line and some of the hooks were missing in my room, so I had to toss my stuff on the bench. Not a huge deal tho, overall it was fine

I used to actually enjoy checking winners every now and then, just to see what I could find, but lately it’s been kind of a letdown. The selection feels all over the place, and half the time the sizes I need are missing anyway. I’ll spot something decent and then, of course, not my size, or I’ll try to find a brand or item again later and it’s just gone like it never existed. A lot of it feels like the stuff nobody really wanted, just random leftovers mixed together. I keep scrolling thinking maybe something good will pop up, but after a while it just feels like I’m wasting time. Disappointing compared to how it used to be.

I usually end up browsing winners when I’m bored, and once in a while I do find a decent price. But the discounts are really hit or miss. Some items are barely cheaper than what I’ve seen on other sites, which is a bit disappointing. Also, my timing always seems to be terrible, the good stuff is either already gone or shows up when I’m not ready to buy. It’s still fun to check out, but I wouldn’t go in expecting huge savings every time. Giving it 3 stars because the deals could definitely be better.

The closest location is still a trek, and getting there without a car is such a hassle. The bus options aren’t great, and then the walk from the stop is annoying, especially when the weather is bad. I really wish Winners did a better job showing which locations are actually accessible, because the whole “easy shopping trip” promise just doesn’t match reality. For me, it’s not worth the effort.

In my experience, checking Winners can be frustrating. I’ll see something listed as available, but by the time I try to buy it, it’s either gone or apparently not actually in stock. I’ve had the same issue with store pickup too, online it says one thing, then the store is a totally different story. For me, it ends up feeling like a waste of time. I really wish they kept the inventory more up to date.
